Terms for import orders

1. What we do

Lawbenpina Ventures sources products from Alibaba on your behalf and arranges for them to be imported and delivered to you in Ghana.

2. Prices

You send us an Alibaba link, or a description of what you want, and the quantity. We check the price on Alibaba (or, if you described the item, find a matching product) and send you a quote in Ghana cedis (GH₵), converted from the US dollar price at the exchange rate on the day, plus our service charge.
Nothing is bought or paid for until you accept the quote.

3. Shipping

Our quote for the items does not include shipping. We calculate the shipping cost and send it to you separately. [Shipping payment timing: to be decided.]

4. Estimated arrival

We estimate that orders arrive in about 55 days after your order is confirmed. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can be affected by suppliers, shipping, customs and other matters outside our control.

5. Order requests, quotes and payment

Submitting an order on this site is a request for a quote. It records the items (links or descriptions) and quantities you want and your consent to these terms. It is not a purchase and not a payment. Once you accept our quote, we share payment details. [Accepted payment methods and deadlines: to be decided.]

6. Cancellations and refunds
